What Time Do You Eat Dinner?

What time do you eat your evening meal?

Did you know that the time we eat our evening meal has moved from 17:30pm to 20:00pm?  This means we are eating the most of our calories late at night and our body struggles to use up this energy source at night as the body naturally slows down.  




If we could make one simple change to our eating habits, this will help with healthy weight loss.
