Why Are We Addicted To Certain Foods?

There are lots of debate around what is keeping us in weight gain mode.  Which are the best diets? Is it low carb, low fat, Keto, Paleo diets?  It's a minefield.  Experts say everything in moderation and a balanced diet is required.

Some foods have added sugars which make us crave more.  Here is a visual which might explain what our body is telling us. Once we identify it, we can replace with what our body actually needs.
